I'd like to see a binding for scrolling to a percentage on the page. Akin to "lineG" in vim, it would probably make sense as "%pos" in uzbl.

I would like this too.
Having the binding be 'numG' would be great, but this requires changes to how binds are done. I think.

We already lose 'gg' to a Google search, so just using '%num' sounds good to me. This could also support floats if that was wanted for some reason.

For now I think "chain 'scroll vertical begin' 'scroll vertical %s'" should work, but this is a good idea.
